My Apologies. I thought this was from today. This case is back with the same judge, but, YouTube fed me a video from A YEAR AGO!.
Just got a little too excited at the "good news".

Assuming he’s actually “aware” enough to understand this, he doesn’t really think it can be done, but it lets him mug for the cameras and his base, and also claim justification for creating more unconstitutional regs to harass us when the legislative path is blocked.

At some point, they may feel emboldened to simply declare an “emergency”, and tell the courts to fugg off, which is what they really want to do, and not just with guns.
