How do I access a followed thread?

Click on your name on the main thread page (the one next to your PM icon)
scroll down and click on "follow lists"
Click on "followed thread" heading

I'm apparently missing this....

When you click or tap on your name in the upper right corner of your screen you should get a list of options to click/tap to open. One of those options is Follow Lists. Open that one. It's not on your profile page.
