My wife was much more frustrated at the unraveling of events and is much more aware of the reality of people from what she saw and learned. Early in our discussions I made the observation that people aren’t changing and aren’t different but are being allowed to demonstrate what really resides within them through the extreme nature of the events that took place.
Looking at studies of the mass reaction of people and the extremely low percentage that will stand up for themselves and think freely supports the idea that most are lemmings. Some can be fooled but will quickly realize their error and course correct.
The challenge for non lemmings is to find other non lemmings in this era of enlightenment. I’m in search of a new cardiologist and PCP because of this phenomenon. A new cardiologist will get a test drive Thursday morning. If he fails on to the next.
If a physician is so illogical that they believe in the jab or believe in the efficacy of wearing a mask I can’t and won’t trust them to help me make serious medical decisions. Accordingly, we may have been benefitted more than harmed with the damage done to the health care system through the pandemic response.

I've been a member a several internet forums since the late 90's and I'm a member of a half dozen Facebook groups all of which are basically discussing their cardiac problems. The age range was shocking at first but I'm no longer surprised at the range of people with diagnosed heart disease. My son that is 32 has a bicuspid aorta.
Most cardiac ailments go undiagnosed.

I agree, however, that can be pretty hard to do for someone who has busted their ass all their adult life trying to meet the requirements of continuing education and employment required to saving lives and alleviating pain and suffering.

I had my aortic root replaced in early 2017 with a synthetic graft and aortic valve repair. It is called the David Procedure....we knew within months of the surgery that I would eventually need a new valve as the repair wasn't a success.

Due to Rheumatic fever at 2 or 3 yrs old I have a heart murmur. Doctor wouldn't let me play football. Even though I had a high lottery number for the draft, no branch of the armed forces would take me due to the heart murmur. So heart problems can start early.
