YOU SAY TOMATO AND I'LL SAY POTATO

Never had it that way. I wouldn’t mind tryin it especially with fresh garden tomatoes

Nope, never. Sure it would taste good, but it must look like a mess.
Diced tomatoes and green onions. Tastes good and makes it more appealing. 😁
That ain't how Momma fixed it.
Nope, but we like sliced boiled eggs on top.

Sounds like someone's getting ready for a farting contest....
Never even heard of it much less tried it, but it sounds pretty dang good.
I have never seen it prepared that way. That doesn't mean it would not taste good.
that and french fries are the best way to ruin good taters
Nope, but we put in some boiled egg and sometimes I will even throw in a little cheddar cheese, shredded of course.
Nope. In pasta salad, yup, but it’s better if you seed them first.

With tater salad, serve them on the side. Chopped eggs go in with the potatoes.
Never seen that. Red pepper, onion.
Nope, wife does potatoes, eggs, diced celery, sweet pickle, onion, black olives... mayo, mustard and some of the sweet pickle juice mixed together.

Diced tomatoes don't sound bad at all.

Kent
My grandmother would cut up some of those little cherry tomatoes and mix them in her tater salad, I would pick them out of my serving, never did like them.
Nope, never any tomatoes
Celery, onions, some chopped up sweet gherkins (and a little of the juice), a couple sliced black olives and sliced and quartered hard boiled eggs.
Tomatoes do not belong in anything but chili, salsa and ketchup.

I need to hunt with you more! Lol
One of our favorites in any hunt camp is potato salad with doritos...

Yum.
Potatoe salad is one of the few foods that I don't want tomato to be in.
No tomatoes but yes to the hard boiled eggs.

Tomatoes in potato salad!?
Sounds like a good way to screw up a batch of potato salad if you ask me! ....and remember! You did ask!

Nope, let's see if I can remember.

Potato - about that many
Mayo - enough to make it kinda pasty
Mustard - enough to turn it a pale, pastel yellow
Chopped onion - about that much
Sweet relish (some prefer dill relish) - to taste
Black pepper - just want a few flecks here and there
Boiled egg - if you're so inclined
NO! Ewww...
I like mashed potato salad...

I don't have any teef.

And green Olives.
No tomatoes… eggs yes, mustard style. If you eat it…you got to try a bit of horseradish in it.

To whom? Lol
Never heard of tomatoes on potato salad before. Little cherry tomatoes in Mayo-based recipe (vs mustard) seems like it could be good?
