Was low on gas trying to make it to a gas station in a mid 60's era dodge dart. Sitting at a red light and could almost see the gas station up on the right. Thought I was home free until I accelerated and died right in the middle of the intersection. Had a bottle of 151 under seat. I was the passenger so I grabbed the bottle (left over from day before), opened the hood, unscrewed the air cleaner lid and poured about a shot into the carb. My buddy fired it up and we took off before the light turned red. Made it easy and quickly to the gas station.
