My guess is that some light source from the dash is reflecting off the phone itself, onto the windshield. These pictures were taken from inside the vehicle, no?

That looks to be something on the inside of your cab, reflecting off the inside of your windshield. Blue light from a charging cord of some sort at goofy angles, maybe?

If it is something "inside" the cab as you say, and I believe that you are right, then there's a blue smurf dick hanging out in the cab. There's only one guy in the cab. Therefore the guy in the cab is a smurf and has his dick out and it reflected in the windshield when he took the pic. Rooster 7 you need to put it back in your pants next time you take pics.
