Having knocked over cartridges in a RCBS tray before I like the idea, but the price is a little steep for me too.

Casings are for sausage, cases are for ammo.

Got a green RCBS and a red MTM loading blocks. They both work just fine. See no reason to spend the money on this contraption.
That thing is for newbies and dorks that have more money than sense or "one upmanship"!

I've got a MTM plastic that I've had for a long time. And made 2 out of aluminum several years ago on a CNC mill. Been meaning to make another but, don't have any CNC mill anymore, and it will take awhile. Probably do it anyway.

Another fine solution for a problem that doesn't exist

I have MTM, RCBS, several of the old Midway Wooden Trays, as well as a couple big Blue trays for 480 Ruger Cases. I still buy the wooden Midway trays when I find them at Gun Shows.
No interest in the Hi-Tec one at all. It does look neat.

loaded 550 .223 in the past week. I used an old Styrofoam .45 Colt box insert as a loading block. Works great, costs nothing, takes up less room on my crowded bench.

Had some parts at work that were made out of UHM nylon. I'd get them to order me 4' X 8' X 1" sheet, lay it out and cut it up on a table saw leaving maybe a half dozen drops that were the perfect size of the loading blocks that Sinclair used to sell. Twenty minutes in the cnc and they were RTG...

Herters 60 rd plastic blocks have worked well for many years

better than 45 box inserts are 9mm plastic box inserts, been using these for years to load 223

I shunned loading blocks from the moment I realized how easy it was to either skip a case or in the case of pistol rounds, double-charging one.

I figure the target market is people who buy stuff like this press.

I like my Dillon Progressive press do not need the blocks anymore for what I load up.

Great minds think a lot alike Sam.... must be from our practical Virginia roots..

Once in a while I'll just go over to the pistol range and pick a couple of the plastic box inserts for pistol ammo..

They are small.. fit easily on my over crowded reload bench, and don't cost me a nickel and last for years...
if one breaks, I stop by the trash can on the pistol range once again...

9mm inserts fit the 223 needs and a 45 fits the needs of anything with a .473 rim...
