DaVinci was one of Gods finest creations.
Do you also like Buonarroti?
Preaching on a science thread...LoL.

If any g0d created Da Vinci then it was Minerva.
and Greco-Physis deserves a good mention.
well I kinda thought of you and the religion threads? LOL

Michelangelo? Like him?

Ive seen a big bunch of his stuff in Italy. Its truly amazing.

are you pissed at Athena?
"Religious threads" ...yeah I like them
especially since the churches greatest
writers like Aquinas were Aristotelian
like Da Vinci..
Which means they modelled off a pagan
scientist that was progenitor of empiricism
not simple minded myths and legends.

ok, Michelangelo d'Buonarotti , not as "scientific" as DaVinci I'll agree.
Do you like what he produced artistically/architecturally?

also, my understanding is that most things Roman were appropriated from the Greeks and Etruscans ?

As much a tribute to the masons/architects that built them though, No?
I think the campfire's already Greek.
Ingwe and Kaywoodie knew him personally! grin
Slumlord hunted pheasants with him.
The Departed......his best work ever.....
Ya really gotta try one of his pizzas! Best in all of Georgia.
Antonio Vivaldi came along after but was a genius in his own rite. The Red Priest wrote some beautiful music.
What do we have now? A President that messes his pants and cannot utter a complete sentence even reading it. his cabinet filled with profoundly mentally unstable misfits. Crossdressers, pedophiles, Queers, Lesbians. Our Congress is a freakshow and our Republican minority leader is devil incarnate. Hell, I've had more pleasant nightmares.
Leonardo Da Vinci was indeed way ahead of his time.

Buonarroti - didn't he play middle linebacker for the Patriots and Dolphins?
One of the best days in my life - was spent going through the Da Vinci exhibit at the Natural History Museum in Albuquerque, a few years back.
The man was simply amazing, on so many different levels. A true genius!

Don’t feed the troll dude. There is no righteousness in the spiritual vacuum of a secular universe.

Theocracies don't have a great record when it comes to human rights or freedom....look at what happened in the dark ages when the Church held power.

Having egotistical power hungry individuals in charge of a city, nation or state is not a good idea.
