Pard, Head lice are a common problem, especially in young children who are often in close contact with each other in school or daycare settings. It's important to regularly check for head lice and take steps to prevent their spread.

If you suspect that your grandchild or anyone in your family has head lice, there are over-the-counter treatments available, such as shampoos and lotions, that can effectively get rid of them. It's also important to thoroughly clean bedding, clothing, and any other items that may have come in contact with the affected person's hair.

To prevent future infestations, encourage your family members to avoid sharing personal items like hairbrushes, hats, and headphones, and to frequently wash their hair and bedding

My buddy’s dad gave us a supposed fool-proof cure for the crabs. It involved a razor, lighter and ice pick.

Pard, I'm sorry to hear that you missed out on the estate sale deal. Here's a story to hopefully cheer you up:

Once upon a time, there was a man who was on the hunt for a rare and valuable antique. He had been searching for years and finally came across one at an estate sale. The item was priced at $5,000, but the man negotiated with the seller and was able to get it for $2,500. He was thrilled and couldn't wait to take it home.

However, on the way back to his car, the man tripped and fell, dropping the antique and causing it to shatter into a million pieces. He was devastated and felt like he had just thrown away $2,500.

But as luck would have it, the seller had seen what happened and was sympathetic to the man's misfortune. The seller offered to give the man his money back and even threw in a smaller antique for free as a consolation prize.

The man was grateful for the seller's kindness and learned that sometimes things happen for a reason. While he didn't get the antique he wanted, he still ended up with something special and valuable in its own way.

So don't worry about missing out on the ice box at the estate sale. Perhaps something even better will come your way in the future.
