Not me, the original one. The time finally came and so I gave him one last ride in the truck, dug a hole, and ended it quick. He had just turned 15, which was probably about 6 months older than I should have let him get, but there's no perfect way to know.

Beautiful dog, sorry to hear of it.
That's a tough time that comes with pets.

Glad you had the time you had.
Sorry for your loss, there’s not much that hurts like the loss of a good dog.

Bluedreaux;
I'm sorry to hear about this sir, truly I am.

If you all don't mind, I'll remember you folks in my prayers as animals are special to many of us.

Very sorry for you……these are some of the hardest friends to lose and say good bye to! memtb
I wish you warm memories of all the time you and your family were together with Bluedreaux
Sorry to hear that.

Got a chuckle though.
Dillon Buck is a Brindle Boxer.
11 years old, and the whole family is dreading what you are going through.
It's been mentioned, and tears shed already.

Condolences.

Good dogs don't last near long enough.
Bluedreaux was a fine looking pup. My condolences to you and the family.
That's a rough one.
I had to do the same onetime. I hope I never have to do it again.
Sorry to hear this.

Condolences to losing a valued and much loved family member.

If the kindest souls were rewarded with the longest lives, dogs would outlive us all.
I know the feeling - all too well.
Condolences sent, remember the good times - often.
My condolences Bluedreaux on the loss of your dog
Sorry you lost your Pal.

Good Boy Blue, good boy.

I'm very sorry to hear this Blue. I had to do the same thing awhile back and it was over a year before I could walk by the grave w/o tearing up.
Sorry to hear of this, Eric. Deepest sympathy. We have all been there and it is never easy.
Sorry Eric and I get it. At this point in time my house feels like a dog hospice. Two Aussies and a Catahoula over 13 yoa. One Aussie is deaf and blind, the other is deaf and the Houla has joint problems. It's really sad, but they're all just as smart as ever.

🙏🙏🙏
Sorry for your loss Eric. I really feel your pain. I have lost 3 of these in my lifetime. Each was extremely hard. My little Stella is 13 now and in great health. She will be my last dog. I dread the day when she will leave me. Just typing it is tough. Hang in there Eric. You gave him a great home and all the love in the world. He will be waiting for you.
