Sounds like this could bring disaster to the DNC & Hillary Clinton.

Welp, if this fake case is allowed to go forward then the DNC & Clinton should definitely face justice for the real crimes they committed!

I have known of cases that were properly under the jurisdiction of the Federal court being ordered into federal court when a party, usually a defendant makes a motion asking for that.

I know once upon a time 3 other agents and I acting on a tip arrested a federal felon on U.S. national forest property for unlawfully possessing a firearm. He was convicted in federal court and put in jail.

When he got out his lawyer sued us in state court for unlawfully detaining him and his subsequent loss of freedom. We all had federal commissions in addition to state commissions except for the agent that was a U.S.F.S. officer and therefore a fed.

The case was quickly dismissed in state court due to it being a federal matter and the lawyer declined to pursue it in federal court.

I think this case while being frivolous to the extreme has no business in state court. Maybe our lawyer friend Remsen could chime in?
