So they all went off the deep end at the same time. Hummm. That's strange. Like somebody held a gun to their heads.

(No Lostinhell, I don't mean Literally)
Anheuser-Busch tried to pull some chit in Shiner, Texas where Shiner Beer is brewed. Plastered their billboards and put up ads everywhere in that small town.

They were run out on a rail, and the billboards and ads were torn down. laugh

The name Shiner is synonymous with the bock beer that’s been brewed at the Spoetzl Brewery in the small Texas town of Shiner for more than 100 years. But now, the name of another bock is appearing around town, plastered onto large billboards promoting Karbach, a beer produced in Houston. The Anheuser-Busch InBev conglomerate – also the parent company of Budweiser — recently acquired Karbach, and that’s not sitting well with some folks in Shiner.

I don't drink a lot of beer but on occasion preferred BL or BL Platinum.

Thinking about trying Hamm's. It's from Minnysoda. Nothing controversial with that, is there?
Devils backbone is local here
Don't forget. Anteater Bush is owned by a foreign company InBev.

Throw those in and there are 224 brands to boycott. I'm done with them.
Rolling Rock was a favorite of mine. A while back i noticed a change in the flavor. Did a little research found it was bought by Anheuser no longer made in Latrobe Pa. It is now concocted in Camden NJ using Delaware River water no doubt. Tastes just like you would imagine. This is not the first time Budweiser has flipped its customers the middle finger I seem to remember them donating big bucks to some anti gun outfit. So there it is I am done with them in any form. too many local beers to give money to [bleep] for stuff that tastes like piss. I have seen some posts on the net concerning Jack Daniels also. Yes I know they could care less about me and my few dollars but you know what Fug them a-holes.
Saddle,
Appreciate your line of thinking, I agree with what you are trying to do with this.
However—Corona, Modelo and Pacifico are owned by Constellation Brands, NYSE symbol STZ. They also own some name brand Wines and Sprits.
I believe I have met you at J Bar H delivering a mule to Jeanne several years back.

Constellation brands is an distributor. Corona, Modelo, and Pacifico are owned by Grupo Modelo, which in turn is owned by InBev. Constellation Brands bought the right to distribute those brands in the US. Hard to say if buying those brands in the US still puts money in InBev's pocket or not.
