Just around the corner is Athol. It is a name for several towns here in the US of A.
It is also an airway intersection named by the FAA and is found in the airspace of Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center, a facility I worked at for about 15+ years. All of their intersections are comprised of 5 letters and sometimes 5-letter words are in short supply. So, I made a living telling pilots where to go, but as God is my witness, I NEVER cleared a pilot direct to the Athol intersection. Why? Because it would sound like this: "Delta 4-0-5, cleared direct Athol, rest of route unchanged."

Memory isn't what it never was.... I had to replay the announcement in my mind several times before it came to me correctly.
That should have been "Chicken, Eagle, and Woodchopper" - but Beaver also exists.
No clue as to where exactly Woodchopper is, or if it still exists. It was apparently on the Yukon River, first established as a refueling point for steamboats.
PS: Halfway between Eagle and Circle. Apparently there is one in the lower Yukon/Koskokwim area also. The upriver one is abandoned now, apparently, tho the remains of a cabin is on the National Historical Sites, and is in the Yukon-Charley River Park
