why do we see an orange border around our posting at times when we are making a post?

Is this some sort of flag for the convenience of some government agency tracking people, due to their post content that the Biden Admin and the DemocRATS don't like?

Getting hard to trust anything DNCC, with Biden in the White House...

He's not really running this nation, the DNCC is running him, and telling him what to do and what to say.
