I thought an 'active shooter' in Philly was a daily occurrence???

Yeah, the proper term is probably something like, "Yes this shooter is STILL active".

Wow, "Deputies ran out of ammunition..." That has to suck on an epic level.

If the deputies ran out of ammo without killing the perp, it sorta begs the question how many bystanders did they hit?
I couldn’t imagine they’re not carrying 45 rounds each, minimum.
