Wendys. I don't care for Mc Donalds. Evidently many like their food as every Mc Donalds I drive by has customers. Not a big fan of any convenience food joints but I can stomach Wendys and Culvers if need be.

McD's has really gone downhill over the years. Their food all tastes pretty much the same, no matter what you order. Their menu boards are basically impossible to read, especially when they magically change, and they seem incapable of training their cooks to stack ingredients in an orderly fashion. Wendy's is the better option, but the individual stores vary greatly in service and quality of food; the one nearest to us sucks, Also, their pickles are horrible.

McDonald's ever since Wendy's changed their fries years ago

I will eat breakfast at McD's but nothing else at either.

I don't eat at either one but my dog does.

He orders 2 large beef patties plain, no bun, no lettuce or tomato.
It's rings up at $4.00 ($2 ea) at Wendy's every time and is served in a black plastic grease laden container with a lid.
The beef patties actually look pretty good, much like something you might cook at home.

He digs it big time.

Same order at McDonald's isn't even comparable.

First off it stumps them figuring out what to charge you but it always more than what Wendy's charges.

They can't seem to restrain themselves from serving the patties on a bed of lettuce, even when asked not to and made aware the order is for a dog.

The patties are completely greaseless and appear much like pressed cardboard.

Can't vouch for the flavor of either but a visual inspection puts Wendy's around a 8 out of 10 while McDonald's would be doing good to score a 3.

It's 65 miles to Mc Donalds if I am in town early i have a Sausage and Egg and Cheese Mc Muffin and a Small blk coffee, maybe once a month. No Wendy's No Mickey D'S. try to get home in time for Lunch. Rio7

Small town has a Big star grocery store that has a deli and they serve chickenand dresing,Fried Chicken,backed chicken,blackeyed peas candied sweet potatoes,corn,boiled okra,Pinto beans,Lasagna,choice of roll or cornbread ,Daily, Noon till 5:00 or till its gone. $7.50 including taxes

Or If I am fish hungry I got a little place( to go only) 4-5 big Catfish steaks ,fried okra, french fries,great slaw are the the sides available and the fish with 2 of the sides with onions and 2 pieces of light bread is $10.50

Fuc all the high priced ,rudely staffed, chit food, fast food joints in town.

I like Tim's, but the parking/traffic at the one in Dryden is the biggest flustercuck in this or any other universe.

McDonald’s fries no doubt but Wendy’s for everything else. McDonald’s steak bagels are garbage here. Slimy fake cheese and a garbage piece of meat that wouldn’t rate as dog food much less a steak.

Wendy's has good Chilli for what it is.
Doubles and triples with just cheese and ketchup were good.
Chilli always needs a packet or 2 of salt in it depending on size you get.
Khanarella managed a wendy,s for a couple of years before I met her.
She was on a bring home wendy,s kick for a long time.
I got pretty tired of it.
Kids did also.
They wanted McDonald's happy meals and the toy on TV.

Told her pick me up something else on wendy,s nights...

Culivers is the best fries. And if you like yours golden brown just ask for extra crispy. They'll drop a new batch and they'll come out just right.

I usually hit up the deli sections at Fred's or Carr's.

Don't eat either one. Can't even stand the smell when grandkids come over with it.

I would not go quite that far yet. Though neither do anything for me anymore. Gluten intolerance in my case may be a factor.

Wendy’s has the spicy chicken sandwich and Jr bacon cheeseburgers that eat on occasion. McDonalds hasn’t come out with anything that I like nearly as much. I’m trying to eat a little better and limit myself to eating out once a week.

Friends sister worked for either Pilgrims Pride or Tyson's in their QC dept. Don't recall which though. Anyway, remember her saying McDonalds would take anything regarding quality, where as Wendy's had a much higher bar on which chicken they would accept. She always said of all the fast food restaurants, Wendy's had the highest standards in place. McD's not so much.

Wendy’s was bottom of the barrel for years. Ended up at one a month or two ago and was actually surprised.

Place was clean and the food was good.

I rarely eat at those places but when I do it's Wendy's.
