As you can see, water is pooling on top of my RV cover. I’ve tried a box under the cover and jacking up the front but the railing around the back end of the RV defeats my efforts. I read something about putting a strip of cloth in the puddle and letting it dangle down the side, pulling water off like a siphon hose.

Is that a thing? Any ideas? She’s winterized so I’d rather not move her.

Try tossing cotton clothesline rope over it.
Probably won't keep ahead of a rain, but it might wick it out.
Move to Arizona... smile
Break a hay bale into a pieces just thick enough to elevate the tarp enough so as water does not collect memtb
PVC pipe, loser
Yes, as said, build up under it.
Thinking this:

Yes it can, go back to school.
Put a 10 foot piece of 4" PCV plastic sewer pipe on the roof front to back and lock it down with a couple of ratchet straps, then drape the tarp over the rig. Instant tent.

You’re the idiot trying to use capillary action when grade works much better. Congratulations.
Call a plumber.... lol
NeverOutdoors has a lot to say but nothing to add.
It’s called pvc pipe, colodog. Build the area up and strap the tarp down tight. Ain’t nobody got time for spoon feeders here.

Moisture and condensate gotta be terrific under that tarp.

Might be doing that RV more harm than good.

Again you misquote me, I never said to use CA but it is a natural form of water traveling uphill ...which was the question at hand.

No no no. Shedding water is much more complicated
Are you sure the cover's 100% waterproof? Most aren't and the water will pool under it. Raise or lower the tongue to let it drain.

During the summer, use it to troll for hot chicks.
