Old bar close to me, built in 1937, claims to have 6000 sets of deer antlers. I’d never been in the place, been closed off and on for a while. Lots of neat old stuff in it. Between Magnolia and Plantersville.

Looks like a great place to have a beer or two 🙂

I’ll bet the county has changed some tho.

Buckhorn Hall of Horns right around the corner from the Alamo the last time we were in San Antone.

Cool joint.

Cool place. I'd hang out there.
Posted By: ldholton Re: Henry’s Hideout - 02/08/24
cool looking redneck type of place. I'd say some bars around this country could have done the same but nobody has but there is definitely lots of old dance floors and bars around here
the big crowd always heads to the big city though instead of the little towns. been around here little towns or 1500 people or less we still have bars in them though LOL

I’ve been there many times.

Cool

Aww that's nothing! I bet Schtick claims to harvest more than that annually. Heck he probably has that many in his outhouse.... he Schtick even has a portable reloading set up in his outhouse.. at least according to him.

I'm not much of a bar guy, as I really don't drink alcohol.. but I would definitely stop by a place like that, and have a coke or something, just to walk around and enjoy the place.

Used to go by there daily traveling to Bryan for work. I heard the last time it was open that Mickey Gilly's son was involved.
