I am selling some 28 Nosler brass that is primed. I'm quite sure I can not send it USPS. Is it still allowed to be sent UPS from a hub or Fedex?

The UPS website doesn't seem to be helpful.

Has anyone dealt with this lately and know the answer?

Thanks.
I'm thinking primed brass is the same as just primers. Need to be a hazmat certified shipper to do it.
UPS ground with the ORM-D label drawn on. Same as shipping ammo. From a true UPS hub not a commie privately owned UPS store.
Post office.
I used to think usps was ok also. But another guy PMd me that someone got a Federal charge and paid $50k plus legal fees for shipping primed brass thru usps. And from my searching it looks like that's their stance.

I think I found the UPS rules. It looks like drop off at a hub w ORM D mark is correct. Must ship ground.

Thanks

How do you ship ground to Alaska if you want to ship ammo or primed brass ??

If the buyer agrees, decap it and send it USPS?

My UPS (NOT a store) would not accept primed brass, said it was a fire hazard.
USPS, check no, be on your way.
Priority Flat Rate.
What is the difference in primed brass and loaded ammo? I ship it all of the time ups or fedex!

You don't. The only downside to living here.

All of our ammo and hazmat components are barge shipped. I can also get it where I am by freight boat from Seattle or air freight from ANC.
