Yeah, but with some restrictions. I am terrified of heights. A man has to know his limitations. 😳
If your to be around the swell you won't be afraid of heights when your done lol.

Upon further reflection I feel it was a good idea to vote for Trump early.

You aren’t playing fair. I literally looked back along the rim at Dead Horse Point to see were I was standing earlier and whimpered a little.

I didn’t like the drive from the ticket booth at Arches up the side of the mountain. It is a mountain no matter what you say!

We were fortunate to see some mule deer this morning along with two desert sheep. First time I have ever seen desert sheep.

The whole area is amazingly beautiful. Especially looking up.
Sounds like you are having a great trip Bob, post up some pics when you get done with your adventure.
Will do! I am certain they can’t look as good in the pics as in person. You have a lovely state and the people have been outstanding.

Just don't let the word out. cool cool
Big thank you to tikkanut! We had a great time and saw some incredible country. It was a pretty long day, but worth it. I think he registered that we rode 70 miles or so. Trust me, they weren't all flat and easy to navigate.

There were a few places that were a bit edgy. My wife rode with him a lot in his side by side. I think the heater was the determining factor. He said she was praying a lot on some of these sections. I told him that "Mierda! Mierda! Concha tu madre" weren't real prayers.

He took some good pics and maybe he will post them. Again, thank you for your hospitality and showing us stuff we wouldn't have ever seen without your help.

Yep

71 miles...heater in Kawi works well on cold weather rides

The 2wd Honda quad did better than I expected

Especially on the last trail on the north facing canyon with untouched snow and no previous travelers

Speaking of no travelers.....not another person/machine all day

Admission is the first step to recovery. I am terrified of some of these places we had to drive. Utah has be an equal mix of stunning beauty and high anxiety for me.

I called tikkanut to get it off my chest that I had to pay the shuttle driver at the Sunset Grill to drive my truck down after our dinner. I just couldn't do it. It was either him or the 25 year old hostess that volunteered, but I would need to turn in my man card at the bottom if I had her do it.

They need to offer flatlander therapy sessions or something.

Is that what they call the La Vida nowadays (Charlie Steens mansion)?

Wanted to eat there , but was always out of business when I was thru there.

Had a nice meal many years ago at "The Grand Old Ranch House".
