Gonna get worse
$3.20 in the big city of Lexington. $2.90 when I got back to my small town USA. Usually the other way around, but not complaining.
Western wholesale prices went up 10 cents/gal today -so expect retail to follow.
$ 3.04/9 per gallon today.
Just paid $3.35 while filling up ahead of the storm. That’s up about $.30 in a month.
We are about $.15 less per gallon here in the last few eeeks.
Paid $2.84.9 the other day.
$ 3.55 in Va. mad
Brandon WAS going to start replenishing the strategic oil reserves sometime soon but “somebody” changed his mind. I guess he was, or they were afraid that would drive up gas prices in the election year. Emeffer🤬
FJBx2
I'm filling up with ethanol-free gas tomorrow and a 5-gal jerry can for mowing, I'm not looking forward to that one.
$3.75 here, but Pennsylvanias taxes are second only to CA, so we probably ain’t far off.
At least you know it’s finally getting to be spring, because Gas always shoots up when the weather changes. 😟
Reon
3.45 to 3.50 here in ND. Wonderful! Edk

Went down a dime to $2.89 the last couple days at the cheapest places. Within 5 miles prices jump from $3.09 to $3.49.
$3.25 here in N TX. FJB 😡
$3.19 here outside of San Antonio
Hasn't gone up much here.

I hope it goes up to $5 or $6 a gallon for the month of October
and first week of November this year.
And I buy quite a bit of it.
$5.50 +/- here in Humboldt NorCal

I’m thinking he’s referring to the presidential election in November and how it might help Trump.
I've been buying gas for 50 years. It always goes up in the Spring and stays that way during the summer. Prices drop in the Fall and stay low during the winter.
Supply and demand. I remember being taught economics as part of POD, or Problems Of Democracy in my junior and senior year. Back in the 70s and early 80s, Chestnut Ridge actually taught students about things like this, as well as balancing a checking account!
Come to think of it, the drill sergeants in basic training did teach about checking as well!
But anyway, people, self included, will jump in a vehicle and go somewhere, just because it’s a nice day and I have nothing else to do. In the winter months we stay home.
Nothing complicated!
And yes, I’m all so sure that the oil companies and government are actively manipulating the prices of fuel for profit, AND control!
Coco Mellon Stopped Filling the SPR that ought to tell you something..

What's the purpose of the slash or the extra decimal point?
Gas is down here, and diesel went down to $3.74
News here says 3.75 by summer and governor California clone is shutting refineries for the ozone season.
The varying taxes make a difference state to state-for bike paths
Come to the Kings state of Washington. Gas is $4.35 right now and being told it is going up. Nobody around here gasses up in Washington, we cross the border to Oregon and save a $1.00 or more a gallon. I can save more when I go to Idaho. Diesel is just as bad.
I'm in western Pa and paying $3.70 for regular. Heard gas could increase another $.30 a gal.

Just a wildassss guess, but it could have something to do with crude oil going up almost $10/bbl in the last month?

Fuel is rising again here. Currently $3.75 for 87
I hope it goes up enough to cause enough more idiots to abandon Biden & stop listening to his unadulterated BS about things getting better..................better than what?

MM
It's been sitting at $4.59 here for a while.

I think what we'll see is prices rise up 'til about 2-3 weeks before the election, then they'll drop to make Slow Joe look like he's doing something to help us.
$3.47 for reg. Here today, just filled up!
