I had chorizo picoso this morning, from the El Torito Supermercado up in the big town. Like so many other things, I think it got "warmer" as leftovers, it was more picoso today than I remember on Sunday. Mexican butcher dude looked at me like "are you sure, Mr Gringo, you want this one?"
