She went in for a routine mammogram last week. The called her back and said the want to do it again. She is worried sick.

Getting a 'call back' that ends in nothing is common. My wife has a harmless spot the doctor inserted a metal chip in so they wouldn't worry about it during future mammograms. A couple of my sisters have been called back recently also, just for fun as it turned out. That said, we could have done without the excitement.

My wife had the same thing a couple of years ago, it was nothing. Praying your wife gets the same news!

Done here. Just went through a lump in the breast with my wife at 44. All turned out ok, pray the same for you!

Thoughts and prayers from Iowa. I don't think that the people who administer tests truly appreciate the misery that goes along with waiting for results and/or the call to come in for more tests or consultation. Hoping and praying that the result will be a good one. Best, John
