Took the boy out over the weekend on a special permit jackalope hunt, of course they've shed their antlers at this time of the year, but we managed to find several trophy class specimens. BTW, that's an A-bolt Medallion .22 and it didn't malfunction at all - amazing! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I also shook out all of my furs and got them brushed out and ready to sell on Tuesday - almost hate to let em' go.

YEE HAA, way to go ranger!
Nice. I kinda miss the old days when I ran my line every winter. That boy sure looks happy!
He did seem to enjoy busting those bunnies. He shot the bottom 3 with the heart/lung shots and I took the top 2 with the head shots. Tough to beat that thrill a kid gets when wacking critters! Truth be told, I enjoyed it at least as much as he did.
