What is buck dance?

I'm guessin that the guy in the video was being derogatory with the term "bucks" about the black folks he was talking about...

Buck dancing is an old mountain style flat foot type dancing that keeps rythum with the music being played, similiar to clogging..there is also frog dancing that is somewhat similiar..
