2nd surgery went smoothly and is now resting with complete privacy and no visitors.

Adult film legend Ron Jeremy, 59, has been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles with a heart aneurysm and is currently in critical condition.
TMZ first reported the news. omg! spoke with Jeremy�s manager, Mike Esterman, who confirmed that the details posted on were accurate.
Jeremy drove himself to the hospital at around 2 - 3 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having chest pains. When his condition worsened, he was taken to the ICU where he was prepped for surgery.
Jeremy became famous initially for appearing in dozens of pornographic films, but later moved on to become more of a mainstream pop culture icon. The second-life of his career kicked into high gear after he starred on the second season of VH1�s �The Surreal Life� in 2004 on the now defunct WB network, during which he became close with the late Tammy Faye Messner.
Many of Jeremy's famous friends have already been tweeting messages of support.
