23 presidents tied for second,

17 other presidents tied for third,

Jimmy Carter came in 4th,

and Obama came in fifth!

Yes, it was posted a couple of weeks ago. And several posters jumped in saying that Texas A&M has gone to hell for ranking Obama so highly.
