You're a sick senior citizen and the government says there is no
nursing home care available for you. So what do you do?

Our plan gives anyone 65 years, or older, a gun (G) and 4 bullets.
You are allowed to shoot four Politicians.

Of course, this means you'll be sent to prison, where you will
receive three meals a day, a roof over your head, central heating
and air conditioning and all the health care you need.

Need new teeth? No problem. Need glasses? That's great. Need
a new hip, knees, kidney, lungs or heart? They're all covered.

As an added bonus, your kids can come and visit you at least as
often as they do now.

And who will be paying for all of this? The same government
that just told you they can't afford for you to go into a home.

And, you can get rid of 4 useless politicians while you're at it.
Plus, because you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any
income taxes anymore.

Is this a great country or what?
Thanks Mickey, mind if I keep that as plan B?
Sounds like the right fix for the problem.

Unless of course you are one of the "entitled ones" (professional welfare recipient, wetback, or liberal.)... and then you don't have to resort to that. wink

That's my thinking as well. smile
Methinks, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor sports might be somewhat limited behind those bars?

I still have my wool overcoat from military days. My plan B includes that overcoat, a bottle of wine and a park bench. crazy laugh

Ironic. Like the post about the $20,000 dolphin vs. the $10,000 girl.

Just make sure you are in a state with no death penalty. Or maybe it doesn't matter, you probably have 25 years of appeals.
Is there an early retirement plan? I myself was very surprised to make it to 33 this year. And to be honest i really like where this is going.

Mickey,

Speaking of "sick", how are you doing after your most recent illness? Do they know what cause it and how to keep it from happening again?
I enjoy your post Mickey, I hope they include internet access as well. wink

When we let the loss of hunting, fishing, etc. begin to be the reasons we accept slavery then we are doomed anyway, don't you think?

Sherri, while progress is being made it's extremely slow. I'm just taking it as it comes and trying not to rock the boat in any way. Thanks.
