One of our family's time has come, fourteen years of companionship and a hard battle with bone cancer will come to an end in the morning. Please raise a glass to Peggy
In the act. May yall roam the hill and dale in Heaven. In the name of Christ, Amen.
PBR toast sent your way..............good dog
Done. Probably two.
It's just not fair dogs have such short life-spans
Best to her pack.
A glass raised and a tear shed - Good girl, Peggy.

Done! 14 years is a good run, and I'm sure you all benefited greatly from such a long relationship.
Cup raised chas. RIP girl.
Good dog, Peggy - good dog. Thanks for what you gave - now run free - and praying a healed heart for your master.
"Master"? Methinks you mis- state.
As I type this, our rescued (who rescued who, is the question) Border Collie / Coyote mix Gracie is licking my ankles and I have a lump in my throat. Three mutts here, and hearing of one passing from another pack, especially after a 14 year run, is a sad time.
Blessings to you and yours.
Yep, she was a good 'un. Running free again...
Good dog, Peggy - good dog. Thanks for what you gave - now run free - and praying a healed heart for your master.
+1
Will raise a glass or mug - Sorry for your loss.
May she rest in peace, when she wants.
And may she chase critters, and roll in the grass, and eat stuff she's not supposed to, and do all those doggie things on her schedule now.
My eyes are watering in sympathy, we said goodbye to our whippet Jasmine this past January. Perhaps the two of them can catch some bunnies together now.
sorry for your loss, but it sounds like she had a good long life, and a loving home.
Sadness I too will one day have to face. I don't look forward to that day, and am sorry it has come for your family.
damn hard to read these... prayers offered.
Best to you. Just went through that.
May she rest in peace, when she wants.
And may she chase critters, and roll in the grass, and eat stuff she's not supposed to, and do all those doggie things on her schedule now.
Definitely my thoughts, exactly.
Adios Peggy,
run pain free in youthful vigor, in the Creator's meadows.
