Kozinski is 65. He's the strongest conservative mind on the Federal bench today, and the staunchest supporter of the Second Amendment on any bench. If someone truly wanted a replacement for Scalia, Kozinski is as good as it gets. I'd take 10-15 years of Kozinski over 25-30 years of a Roberts.

In fact, if W hadn't had his head up his ass and had nominated Kozinski (who was the Chief Judge on the 9th Circuit at the time of Roberts' appointment), we'd not have had ObamaCare and have already had the best 2A mind out there on the SCOTUS.
