40 years ago today my wonderful bride and I started our lifetime trek together. I still am unsure whatever possessed her to agree to this smile.

Sincere congrats! Wife and I just celebrated #35.....I'm getting close to being off probation in another year or two.

Good for you - and I wish you many happy returns of the day.
The VarmintWife and I will also be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary this September.
To tell the truth I have grown even more "fond" of her over the years.

Up to 44 here, and she's responsible still for about half of out camping trips out into the sticks.

After that many years we both know how to push the buttons. Now though we pretty much laugh about anything.
