Pending Recall - T/C Compass Rifles - 09/21/16
Found this on T/Cs web site. Seems they have the recall process somewhat down pat. This one is reminiscent of the Venture recall/debacle of a few years ago.

September 15, 2016 - Notice to purchasers of Thompson/Center COMPASS® rifles. Thompson/Center has identified a condition that may impact the safety of its rifle. We expect to announce a detailed corrective action plan in the next few days. We ask that you immediately stop using the rifle until further notice.
