I did something this morning that I have not done in decades . . . I watched portions of ABC and CBS morning shows, and had to change the channel when homosexuality was openly promoted as normal. The openly queer Secretary of the Army and his "wife" were interviewed and then on another channel a tranny "sister" of a famous high school aged opera singer was interviewed, trying to give that lifestyle legitimacy. Total debauchery.
Our destroyers have accomplished much in the last fifty years, but they moved to claim their victory too soon. The reaction of the American people was the election of Donald Trump.

We are not off the ropes. We have to keep punching this monster until it stops.
I hope Trump reinstates "Don't ask, don't tell"

I was kind of hoping for the reinstatement of public hangings...but your idea is good too.

Absolutely. Even with Trump, it would be a miracle if we defeat them.
One of the problems the left has with Trump, is they think that queers, blacks, etc , will not be treated fairly. That's preposterous. There is not one thing that they need from the law, that is any different from anybody else. There is simply no need for it. Equality for all citizens, is just that. Equality.

Well, yes and no.

Once everybody decided it was the government's business who is and who isn't married, and once it became common practice for insurance companies to factor in things like marriage, the slope got real slippery.

Lot's of truth right there, which is why the Left has been going all out ballistic, they felt they were close, oh so close to the total indoctrination of America. And I would caution everyone they may still be. The country is still split down the middle, most of Government supports the blue team, The SCOTUS is 4-4 and lower court rulings will now prevail. Trump won't get a SCOTUS pick unless there is all out war in the Senate.

With Trump all that has been changed is the death spiral. The climb out of that dive will be difficult with our own Government fighting us every step of the way.

For sure this^^^^.
The very fact that sexual deviancy is in the news proves that it is NOT normal. The media do not cover normal, nor the expected. They cover airplane crashes, not safe landings.
Now that is well said, RR.

That and the minor fact that most of them have that 'look at me' attitude most beloved by the media.
Great comments -all .
until we change the composition of our educational system we will never gain real ground let alone win. when the lesson study for today for preschoolers is "you can choose your gender' OR "love your two mommy's/daddy's" our future is bleak.
I believe the Left just "celebrated" the first "16"

16 in that they now brag that they have now reached a point where kids have been exposed to the Lefts propaganda for the entire 12 years of school and the 4 years of College.

Of all the threats to this country public "education" is problem number one.

Pretty much the case. It never was about equal rights, it was about the money.

Agreed. We won this engagement, but certainly not the battle nor the war.

Exactly right, which is one reason my wife and I felt it our duty to homeschool our children. I wish more people would not let the public school system indoctrinate their children. True, it is a considerable time commitment but well worth it in our experience. Among the many other benefits are the very close relationships we have with our children.

While it is true that homeschooling is not for everyone, it is not at all difficult. There are very many support services available these days.
as soon as society 'accepts' that crap, they bring a new taboo onto center stage and fight for that being normal too.
The fight to normalize child molestation and animal sexual abuse are just around the corner, and coming to a TV station near you.

What Same-Sex
Couples Need
To Know"

Quote
Recognition of same-sex
marriages and some non-marital
legal relationships
On June 26, 2015, the U.S. Supreme
Court issued a decision in
Obergefel l v.
Hodges
, holding that same-sex couples
have a constitutional right to marry
in all States and have their marriage
recognized by other States.
We now recognize same-sex couples’
marriages in all States, and some non-
marital legal relationships (such as civil
unions and domestic partnerships), for
purposes of determining entitlement
to Social Security benefits, Medicare
entitlement, and eligibility and
payment amount for Supplemental
Security Income (SSI) payments.

We also recognize same-sex
marriages and some non-marital
legal relationships established in
foreign jurisdictions for purposes
of determining entitlement to
Social Security benefits, Medicare
entitlement, and SSI.

True. Many think home schooling is difficult, but that's because the institutional school system is 90% a waste of time during to each day, so parents think they need to school their kids for six or seven hours a day. That schedule is mainly an excuse to keep kids from their parents for the bulk of the day. Actually learning real subject matter at home only requires an hour or, maybe, two each day, and almost always results in much better educated kids.

Six or seven hours at school is mostly wasted time. Serves to keep kids from learning actual useful skills (that would put them in competition with adults in the work force), and allows for indoctrination outside of the supervision of parents. As for the former, it makes some sense from a "herd management" perspective but, on an individual level, is hugely disadvantageous for the kids. Wouldn't it be better for most kids to be learning to work with engines, electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, etc., along with academics, vs drama, gym, ridiculous electives, etc.?

We do have plenty of drama queens already.

not in attempt to be argumentative,
but I think what they worry for,
is that the law applies equally to everyone ,
and all their special interest constituency's lose the appearance of being victims of the right.

more than anything, they fear losing the narrative .

Absolutely, positively, 100% spot on. They created the snowflake generation and have seized control of the minds of all future generations---unless we make a major move to wrest it from their slimy paws. Remember the old bumper stickers the regressives (who call themselves progressives) used to put on their cars? "Think globally, act locally." That's the strategy they've employed over the last forty years, and look at what they've accomplished.

Fight fire with fire.

Home schooled ours thru and completed 8th grade. Public High School. Oldest is way more liberal than I ever thought possible. Makes me very sad.
