Mine range from 19 years, to 6 months. Collage, to baby sitter.
Many here must have grandchildren?
I have none, very thankfully. I'm the curmudgeon of the 24HCF..but you guys knew that!
2 girls so far, 4 and almost a year old. They are better than kids, you get to send them packing
7, 3 girls and 4 boys. 1 month to 10 years.
They are all exceedingly intelligent as they take after their Gramps.
Two boys and four girls. Best thing that ever happened! Nothing like being able to get all those hugs, too make your day more beautiful!
The way I understand it, I have 3, and possibly two more on the way, both unplanned.

YOu are not alone. No children, no grandchildren. Won't ever happen.
Plenty of others to go around though if we ever felt the urge to borrow some. LOL
I'll add a question as to what kind of a world we are leaving for them?
I hope, and pray they are up to the task!
I have none (
that I know of), very thankfully. I'm the curmudgeon of the 24HCF..but you guys knew that!
I have eight grandchildren, five girls and three boys. I also have two great grandchildren, a boy and a girl.
Two grandsons, one 17, one 11. Both shooters, both have inherited rifles that I inherited. Gotta keep the traditions going!
Ed
4 total.
3 boys and one girl aged from 16 years to 18 months.
They will be fine, they have good parents and are being told what is right and good.
I don't worry about how they will do.
2 boys and 2 girls.
Several members met them year before last at Quemado.
Three sons, 18, 25 and 26. None married, no kids. I don't see much happening for some years.

Hey Mark? How is that one compadre of mine? Still giving the IT person fits a school?? That's one sharp young man!!!
Two grandsons, 6 and 3.

I had myself rendered non-viable via vasectomy at an early age to avoid such complications as " that I know of..."
Two grandsons, 3 & 5. I call them "The Weapons".
I have 5. 3 pink and 2 blue...
one pink one born only yesterday...mom and little Maxine
doing fine.....
Four boys, three girls. From eight to twenty one.
They are my reward for not strangling their parents when THEY were children.
FWIW, I have six on my side (four boys and two girls), and one great grandson. My wife has seven (four girls and three boys), with one more (sex unknown) on the way.
Three of my grandsons are grown and on their own, although only the oldest one is married. All four of my wife's granddaughters are grown and on their own, and only one of them (the youngest) is married. Two of her granddaughters are career military, one Air Force and the Navy.
I leave remembering birthdays up to my wife and Facebook.
Five grandsons and one granddaughter, ranging in age from almost 20 down to three years old.
One grandson for me. He's 15. He likes to shoot, hunt and fish. Unfortunately he's the only grandchild I'll have. Although, I don't know if I could afford to spoil any more of them anyway!
Three boys and three girls. Range in age from 9 to 23 (they are brothers.) Oldest is fourth generation of our family in the Navy (currently on a Los Angeles class sub.)
All the boys and girls like their guns. Youngest girl is 12, she's definitely Daddy's girl. I think her .22's have a lot to do with the rimfire shortage.
I have a grand-son (4 years),
a grand-daughter (9 years), and another grand-son (12 years).
If I had known that grand-children were going to be so much fun, I would have had them first.
KC
2 Girls will be 11 years old and 1 yr old this year!
My 2 Daughters their mothers "Complain?"
That "Paw Paw" spoils them to much!
6. 5 boys, 1 girl. All 5 and under.
Ingwe: I am sad for you, having NO grandchildren!
YOU don't know what you are missing.
Its not to late, get started - GRANDCHILDREN fill a place in peoples hearts that they don't know is empty!
I would NOT trade my grandchildren for anything!
I only wish I had more of them (two grandchildren so far from our four children).
Again, get started.
Hold into the wind

Mudhen: Your "grandchild cup" runneth over (with love!) - good for you - 14 (soon to be!) grandchildren will make for happy, loving and busy times ahead!
Love and spoil them all.
I only wish I had more grandchildren (I have two now one grandson and one granddaughter) but our four children are all still of breeding age so we are hoping for more.
Again good for you and yours!
I haven't had time to read all the posts on this thread - are YOU the record holder on the Fire for number of grandkids?
Hold into the wind
VarmintGuy
Addy is .5 and Ella is three months. They are both awesome.
1 here now that's seven and 1 any day
I wanted to call the oldest my revenge, but can't as she's too damned sweet, maybe this next one will be as headstrong, hot tempered and as tough as her mom?
But I doubt it
This will likely be the last child for the daughter
But two boys to provide more hopefully some day
The oldest boy recently gave us a lecture on how abortion should be illegal that you're killing a human being no ifs ands or buts about it
I hope to God he's wearing a raincoat till he finds a worthy dam for his offspring
Believe he'll make a great dad when the time comes, at least a damn site better than the one he has
I just met my first, last night. My grandson is just 3 months old.

VarmintGuy:
That's so true.

Got 4, ranging from 12 to 3. Older pair lives 100 miles west of me, younger pair 100 miles east.
I have 16 with the 17th due in May and I'm only 57. 8 boys and 8 girls with another boy on the way. I had 2 daughters and married a women with 2 daughters and a son and he's the only one who isn't breeding for babies yet. Christmas and birthdays are cutting into my gun money big time but I'm already passing on some guns to my oldest granddaughter who's 17 and loves to hunt and fish.
1 granddaughter- 10 yrs old
10 boys, 4 girls, another boy coming in late July.
From 18 down to that, with only small spaces between.
I need even more guns to pass down.
My mom is currently en route to AK to see her only (2)grand children.
Dad should have went as he hasn't had the chance to meet them yet but work gets in the way.
2: girl 10, boy 6.
An altogether different kind of love than your own. Better than even chance they are going to live a life similar to what currently goes on in Israel.
Three Boys, and every one is a joy in their own way. Would love to have a granddaughter! Maybe someday!!
3 girls, 12, 10, 5. 1 boy, 9.
My wife's working on a 'Christmas in July' get together for this summer with all the grandkids. It's miserable trying to travel in the winter. This year we went to Albuquerque for Christmas and barely slipped in and out between storms. We also have kids in Seattle and getting over the passes in the winter isn't fun at all.
I've got 4 granddaughters and one unknown on the way. They are a blessing.
My two beauties.
None. The one that wanted a family was unable to do so.

Hey Mark? How is that one compadre of mine? Still giving the IT person fits a school?? That's one sharp young man!!!
Yep! - and his momma is giving him fits!
They asked the other day if he could come build fence for me this spring - get him away from computers, into the outdoors, and earn some money to attend a Boy Scout camp at Philmont.
He'll probably figure out that grandpa is an A-hole - just as his parents and uncle have!

Bring the kids and G-kids to Quemado this year - lotsa kids there, and very well supervised!

Anchorage or where Sammo?
If perchance fbks and she needs any danged thing just holler bud
As an aside I loved varmintguys advice to ingwe to "get started" I'd love to be a fly on the wall when ingwe declares " I've decided I want grandkids"
Bucnha fine looking kids on this thread
Our first grandchild is coming this spring, and Cathy and I are very excited. I'm all ready looking at Muddy Girl stocked .243's for the little lass. Just as my son was totally equipped by the time he was old enough to shoot, this little girl will have a full battery of guns, from a pellet gun up to a deer rifle before she hits kindergarten.
H3ll no-I wouldn't think of spoiling her rotten!
I have one, a 4 year old girl, and another girl due on March 3rd.
my daughter is almost ready
Hey man, thanks but my bro and his family are in Wasilla.
I have two coming over for the weekend
we have nine, five boys, three girls.
Great grandkids too.
Kids wouldn't be so bad if they didn't come with sound effects (affects). We are expecting our first grandchild in June.
I have six; three boys and three girls. Staggered and aged between two of my own children.
The boys are shooters and really enjoy making projectiles fly; sling shots, arrows and bullets of all sorts.
Whereas my daughter is a shooter the rest of the girls in the families are not.
Cousins seem to get along just fine. Families seem to be quite normal, I think.

Congratulations, Mark!
Like my mom used to say - "Shoulda skipped the kids and gone straight to grandkids - they're a LOT more fun!"
11 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren.

I hope their grasp of math comes from the other side of the family.

From 21 to 8 years age!
Grandkids are Gods method of giving parents a way to 'get back' at their children!!
