Interesting concept the POS teaches ethics... the sentencing judge should be able to hold that against him. Or is it the NEA's fault he knows how important diversity is yet does not know attempted murder of someone for holding a different political view is wrong.

Automatic sentencing guidelines designed to discourage the use of guns... in a way I like it. It both proves there are plenty of other options for bad people to use and the story is not about gun violence.
Misleading title. He taught at Diablo Valley College, not U.C. Berkley. Apparently, Diablo Valley College employs non Ph.D.'s to teach as the article indicates he only has a masters degree.
