As far as Clinton goes, he never finished the Rhodes Scholar program. He went back to the US (looked like he might be drafted), got a gig with the U of Arkansas and applied for another deferment, using his application to the ROTC program as a reason. He was accepted but resigned immediately due to receiving a high draft number. He wrote to the Commandant of the ROTC Corps that he "loved his country but loathed the military" when he resigned (never heard Trump say anything like that). During his days at Oxford he demonstrated in AND ORGANIZED protests against his country, the Vietnam war and the US military. A real Patriot. The wife was even better. She tried to use the White House military aides as her luggage carriers.
