Can't and won't. Besides, "eyewitness" reports are just about the least reliable evidence possible. People think they saw all kinds of things that never happened.
After his initial statements, I wouldn't believe a word he says now.
"They" got to him... And being a wetback, he's doing whatever he can do now to avoid prosecution/deportation. You know he's a dancing chicken now.
