Firefighters working in the Knight's Valley area found a firearm loose in the woods and turned it over to the Sheriff's Office for safekeeping. Once our Deputies observed the custom stock on the Rifle, we knew we had to share it.

Deputy Cameron was tasked with displaying the rifle for our photo but had no formal modeling training. We secured some training material (Zoolander) and Deputy Cameron nailed it.

The Rifle has been booked for safekeeping. If you are willing to admit the rifle is yours, you are welcome to place a claim for it. Yes, we want to know where that sweet stock came from.

Have a great night Sonoma County.
Think I could get that with a McSwirley pattern?
That’s looks nice
The spoils go to the "victor".........
Good thing they removed the original hardware that came on that stock.
Mouse gun? Trap gun?
Possibly it is for "rats"
No competition to some of Stick's early work...
Anyone find it hard to believe that someone looses a rifle in the woods....it's a 10-22 with a sling....looks like the gun was used a lot..
Trapper carbine model.?
