Here are 6 of my favorite channels: Steve Rinella.... I like that he hunts primarily for meat and then process and cooks it to perfection at home or expediently in the field. He is very knowledgeable about the natural World and does shows involving getting new hunters into the field as well as hunting with his (often very funny) friends.
Gone with the Wynns is done by a couple that have been full time living in first RVs and for the past few seasons in their sailboat. I'm amazed by the technology that lets people produce professional grade video with off the shelf gear. The drone footage of their start to a circumnavigation of the World is stunning. Lots of information about their "off grid" power systems that lets them do what they do.
Keep Your Daydreams features a full time RV family of 5. The parents decided to make the most of their time with their kids before they grow up and go off to College and their own adult lives... Again amazing video quality good travel documentary with a family that really seems to enjoy each others company... kind of a modern day "Norman Rockwell" feel to it.
Tucker Gott may die soon in a paramotor accident but in the mean time he is making outstanding videos of paramotoring.... If I was younger learning to paramotor would be on my "to do" list for sure.
Shug is literally a clown with a manic sense of enthusiasm for hiking and camping in hammocks. If you are past the days when sleeping on the ground was fun, Shug can show you the World of top end camping hammocks.... Old guy comfort in the woods often in deep Winter conditions....
Scott Rea is an UK butcher (and sometimes hunter) who posts "Master Class" videos on butchering domestic and game meats. There are some interesting looks at the UK hunting culture.... Scott is um, "different" but the finished game dishes he prepares always leaves me thinking it time to find something to eat...
Project Farm. He does some crazy tests and experiments on engines. His latest is running a lawnmower engine for an hour on vegetable oil. His two tests with JB Weld were good too.
Here is my favorite (2010 to present) Authored by a Japanese doctor (speaks English) who lives on the northern most island of Japan (Hokkaido) in Sapporo. Covers his personal winter Stag hunting and spring trout fishing trips to the mountains on the northern coast of Hokkaido. He is also a knife looney, and has an extensive knife collection and many videos on his knife sharpening techniques.
Mark Dice Steven Crowder (sometimes a bit to risque for me) Paul Joseph Watson Gavin Mcinnes (hard to find these days) Riflechair North61 Joe Rogan (when he has an interesting guest on)
Theoria .22Plinkster Anthony Brian Logan The Daily Shooter Jason Blaha Firearms Enthusiast Military Arms Channel Russia Today Avery Drummer MBest11x Black Rifle Coffee Grunt Style Ranger Up The Patriot Nurse James Yeager Personal Defense Network The Skinny Medic Canadian Hunter (The guy who hunts, NOT the vile whiskey) The Amazing Lucas A Combat Vet Trent Ward (Scuzz Twittly) Tactical Rifleman AK Operators Union Local 47-74 Robin Hood UKIP TWANGnBANG Demolition Ranch
The Black Rifle Coffee stuff is often hilarious.... if they toned the level of potty mouth down a few notches they would gain a much bigger audience IMO
SV Seeker Guy in Tulsa, OK building a metal boat from scratch in his front yard. He even has a plan to get it the 1000+ miles to the ocean when it is finished.
Hickok45 Jeff Trike TTABS Air gun gear show Randy Newberg Whit Spurzon Outdoors allie (she cracks me up with her enthusiasm) Teds Holdover Airgunner SA Deermeat for Dinner
I learned a bunch on this thread! All I've ever done on Youtube was some random clicking.
I'd say that 90% of the time my wife and I spend "watching TV" these days is of content produced by regular people doing interesting stuff. Hollywood can't fully crash and burn soon enough IMO.
Here is a very enthusiastic Southern woman documenting her long distance backpacking adventures.... No camera crew to produce theses videos, just her iPhone and some back up batteries...
The Black Rifle Coffee stuff is often hilarious.... if they toned the level of potty mouth down a few notches they would gain a much bigger audience IMO
Fieldsports; the shotgunning alone will amaze you, but a good look at big game hunting in Britain and Europe, falconry and ferreting, and they also have airgun and Africa channels.
Townsends; 18th Century methods, mostly cooking, pemmican, etc. Great stuff.
Project Farm - I mean who doesn't want to see engines explode without oil? ElderlyIron - long videos for background at work, focused on "redneck" repairs of very old vehicles (but he still does great work) The Ben Shapiro Show - fast talking Jewish Conservative Stephen Crowder - funny conservative talk show with comedy skits Jordan Peterson - intriguing Canadian conservative professor Stephan Moleynuex - Canadian libertarian philosophy show
There is CarnikCon and then there is every other gun channel. It's dead but is archived.
Jakt ar Jakt. It's a Swedish hunting channel. Big Pensel. I think it's from South Carolina, outdoor sports channel. I sub anyone who I see post that has a channel.
Archery speed trick shooting vs fact check woman.... This woman (with a clear black belt in skeptical faces) also reports that archery is the fastest growing sport in the USA.... which is pretty cool....
YouTube makes, " music you might like" associations based on past searches.... it reminds me of music I had forgotten about too. I like jazz/rock fusion artists from the 70s & early 80s for example. There is a young woman named Tal Wilkenfeld from Australia currently playing amazing bass with some of the legions from back in the day. Here are a few examples:
