The troopers made a decision not to confiscate firearms. This is BS. This infers troopers could have taken firearms without due process of law. I think once state has control of firearms, how are you going to afford an attorney to fight the state.

I would hope the NRA would lend the affiant a goodly stipend with which to secure a crack legal team to fight a case of the police confiscating firearms without due process (warrant as per the 4th Amendment). It would probably be fast tracked the USSC, as long as President Trump can secure another Originalist to replace Kennedy. Confiscating firearms in the US would be an impossible task for any Government trying to take over. Then you have the problem of Rebel groups roaming the country side, rebellious groups in the cities and suburb's, ect. A task not many Cabal leaders want to take on. Better to control their minds through Advertising, New Media, Hollywood, ect. Those that don't fall for the Main Stream Mockingbirds can have a civil war and eliminate themselves or any threat they might have to the new regime.
