Every day...no matter when I go to sleep. Anyone else afflicted in this way?
Posted By: Jim_Conrad Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
Nope.

Regular sized prostate here.

Posted By: gitem_12 Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
yep. but its 0300 fpr me
Posted By: KFWA Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
yep, its rare for me to sleep past 6am, mostly I wake up at 5:50.

I used to hate it but honestly I get so much done I wouldn't change it. The down side is around 9:30pm my butt is ready for bed. 5 years ago I didn't have that problem.

Had a dog that within maybe 3 minutes +/- would make me up at 4:50am to be let out. I mean it was uncanny how accurate he was - I don't remember how well he adjusted when we changed the clocks. That dog is the reason I can't sleep late anymore, even though he died 4 years ago. I miss the hell out of that dog too.

Not me but my dad was afflicted with it, 5:30am everyday.

When my ma woke up and seen that my dad was not up she new something was wrong.

I did get up about 0400 everyday, but that time has passed. Now it's sunrise.

There's something going on with me, I haven't slept past 0300 in a week. Getting 2-3 hours a night is all.

Something's gotta give.

10mg melatonin and 4 Valerian root 450mg capsules about an hour before bedtime.

The melatonin makes you sleepy, and the Valerian root helps keep you asleep. No side effects. No trouble getting up, or drowsiness.

I kept crazy hours and worked crazy shifts for the last 20 years before I retired. As a result, I get about 6.5 hours a sleep a night. That's as long as the Ambien lasts.

When I was much younger, wild horses could not drag me out of bed. Now awake at 5AM most mornings.

Beats staying up all night. I don’t take that much often but I don’t sleep sleep well. When I was a kid, I heard Santa every Christmas!

....try 0300 for a few decades , I'd give anything to sleep til 0500 .
Posted By: hanco Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
I go to sleep about 9:00 pm. Wake up at 3:30 am to pee. It’s been that way since high school. Sometimes I go back to sleep, most times not. Up at 4:10 am to go to work. Repeat 6 days a week. 24 more weeks until retirement.
Posted By: stxhunter Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
i get up every morning and walk to the devils room and tell her to give me some puzzy, hasn't worked yet.
Posted By: MadMooner Re: 0513 - 07/18/18
05:49 for me.

Seems That's what's on the clock 9 times out of 10 when I wake up.
Posted By: hanco Re: 0513 - 07/19/18
I would like to sleep to 5:49, just once!
Posted By: k20350 Re: 0513 - 07/19/18
Hell no i work nights. I usually go to bed around 6AM
Posted By: Seafire Re: 0513 - 07/19/18
Since a senior in high school... 3:45 AM....regardless of when I dropped to sleep.

Mine was because of suffering a family tragedy, that happened at 3:45 AM on March 26, 1970.
That 3:45 AM doesn't matter what time zone I may be in......
Posted By: MadMooner Re: 0513 - 07/19/18
Good mornin’!
Posted By: papat Re: 0513 - 07/19/18
I worked nights over 20 yrs. Mostly 12s. The last 10 I worked days, 12s. Maybe twice a year the alarm would wake me. Maybe. Now that it doesn't matter, it depends on how much I'm awake during the night.
