This is a device that puts a varying small electrical add on to your electrical wiring system, disturbing the magnetic field in your house. Supposedly this repels mice in a 4000 square foot area. Supposed to be better than ultrasonics because (a) ultrasonics won't penetrate wooden cabinets and (b) the mice get used to the ultrasonic frequency.

Does anyone have any experience with this? It's made in Australia and the only references or testimonials I can find are those on its own web site (all positive of course), which seem to be branches of companies located in Australia.
Imagine the value of such a product.

I'm gonna have to pass.
We have had ultrasonics in our 2000 sq ft cabin in the NC mountains for three years now. Have not seen a single rodent of any kind since installation. Totally happy with the ultrasonic route.
Wish my cabin had electicity.

Used to find mouse shat on top of the units at the old ranch house...

Never slowed them down.
We had a bad mouse problem when I was living at home as a kid until I brought a Burmese Python home.

They all cleared out and were out for about 5 years after I moved out the the house.

Snake Poop does wonders for a replant if you can get some and after one or two days of being fresh no one in the house could even smell it.

Great Mouse Repellent for sure if you can find it. and it is cheaper that Electricity.
I'm still trying to figure out how to keep the racoons from getting into my deer feeder. The darned things can climb up and spin the feeder and empty it in no time.
Sounds like demaussing is the concept they are trying to sell ya.
