The House and the Senate have failed again to pass a "Budget". They are working on another "spending Bill". A bill that does not include money for the wall.

President Trump stated that he would Never Sign Another One after he reluctantly signed the last one.

The Republicans are refusing to fund the wall, claiming they will get to it after the Midterms.

President Trump is not happy.



We know that Congress is not going to pass a budget. With the Senate rules and McConnell refusing to rescind the 60 vote cloture rule, a budget is a total impossibility. When was the last time a "Budget Bill" was passed?
