I don't watch the NFL because they accept kneeling for the Anthem and flag. That's an insult for the soldiers who fought wars, real wars, real battles like in WWII and Vietnam. They went through far more than I ever did. Kneeling is an insult to them, to their families, to their memory.
If they did their protests immediately before or after the Anthem, no problem. But during is a disgrace. And they say their protests aren't about the military, I don't care. That's not how it comes off. It isn't my job as the reciever of a message to interpret their message as they desire. I believe the Lord teaches in mysterious ways and that is what is happening here. All those years of having the team led by Jay Cutler caused me to become arrogant and callous toward fans of teams that had lesser QB’s.
