Look in the mirror.

It really slaps you in the face when you run into someone from your childhood and see how they're aged.

I look much better in the mirror than I do in photos.

I see people on the booking/arrest log that I went to high school with. Most look 70 years old.

yeah - for some reason looking at the mirror while getting a haircut is particularly depressing.

I get accused alot of using some kind of dye/color in my hair because it's not grey.and thankfully it's all still up there.

The other day, my friend and I were at the bar. I pointed to couple of old guys sitting near us and said, "In a few years we'll look that old.". My friend responded, "Hell, that's us, you are looking at a mirror".

Ran into a guy that played with me in HS football. And he was a track star, very fast, in the late 60s. He’s 67.
Didn’t have a clue who he was, and I guessed him in late 80s, not 67. He was all stooped over, terribly wrinkled, skinny and bald.
Drugs really hammered him.

my mind thinks it's 19 still, but my body knows much better than that.

Me too, especially since I have a good bit of gray in my beard.

For many years, I've seen my picture, and thought I looked awful. Then if I see the same picture years later, I think I did not look so bad back then.

I have always been of the opinion that I just must not photograph well, as pictures of me are always disappointing.
