USPS had the final handoff, but I think everyone from China to Minnesota drove over it in between.

I have often wondered how much of the damage suffered with airlines, shipping companies, and USPS are purposeful and malicious by the employees.

Wow, I used to actually repair electronics. Nowadays they are not meant to repair, just replace. You were lucky to find a complete board, let alone a component of the Board.

Some of the major components on this board are all scuffed up and beat looking. Even if it works I have to figure the service life is affected. I'm going to go for a refund and in the meantime I found another board in Canada.

Canuck will be careful with it.
