Fox Condemns Pirro For Asking If Omar Is Pro-Sharia



Breitbart reported Monday that the Fox News Channel “condemned host Jeanine Pirro’s remarks on Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) use of a hijab and said the issue has been dealt with directly.” Sounds serious. But what Pirro actually said was something Fox should have been applauding, if it hadn’t already become just another establishment network.

Pirro said: “Think about this. She’s not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party. So if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from? Think about it. Omar wears a hijab, which according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

Predictably, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) called on Fox to fire Pirro. Like a shark, CAIR can smell blood in the water: instead of defending Pirro for asking a perfectly legitimate question, Fox immediately reacted as if Pirro had stolen Barack Obama’s parking space, denouncing Pirro’s words with stern self-righteousness: “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar. They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.”

Fox News is part of main stream media, they are not conservative or patriotic. Just lean more to center to help indoctrinate those on the right.

Wake up and smell the coffee folks.

Its all about Ad Revenue. If you move away from that business model then be prepared to pay more for whatever service you use to bring you the channels programming.

Fox lost me a few years ago. Brett Bier is promoted as the "nice guy" and one of the top anchors. I heard him on a broadcast when some people were killed hollering Allah Akbar, Bier said they were saying "god is great" in arabic. That was it, f*ck Fox.

Ilhan Omar outwardly and overtly attacks Jews and the Jewish religion. Her entire party won't even bring up her name for discipline.

Had not watched fox in years. Saw a bit last month. They're just like all the others, now. As far as the Muslim and Sharia, of course she supports it. What is the issue with asking such a question, other than they want to hide the answer?

Rush was asking a few questions today about Omar. He commented on Putin's address to a gathering of female police women in Moscow, celebrating International Women's Day, and congratulated all Russian women for being good home makers in the kitchen, and keeping themselves beautiful. Rush then asked what Saudi Arabia was doing today for International Women's Day. And since the women in Saudi Arabia cannot drive or go anywhere without their husbands, and if they are raped, they are charged with being the guilty party who encouraged it . . . Rush wanted to know where is the husband of Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib?

She can take that garb off and she would be perfectly safe around me.................................I just can see past the Islamist vibe.......We are in for trouble and she is only the beginning.

I have never seen OAN, but have heard good things from some Campfire posters.
Some not so good things on the internet about conspiracy theories and a really small market.
I have no idea of how to get them on my old TV.

I hope they grow, but news and opinion from just one side of the coin gets old.
However, MSNBC is beating CNN and not too far behind FOX.

FOX is hard to beat with trying to give both sides coverage.

Fox has gotten progressively less and less conservative over the years. While ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSBC, and the others are obviously biased towards liberal, Fox has kept saying they're "fair and balanced." Maybe so at one time, but they suck the politically correct azz now.

Anyone that doesn't see that needs to be forced to watch a week of Shep, and his butt buddies... Then follow that up with a few hours of Chris Wallace.

If that's not enough... Tune in on the weekends.
