Maybe someone can tell me about this old knife, I picked it up in a hockshop in Juarez back in '59.

Blade is marked "Schrade Walden NY" on one side.

On the other side is: " US Pat.s Dec 21, '08, Sept. 13, '10. Jun 26, '16"

It still snaps open pretty well but not as fast as a stiletto model. Blade has a tiny bit of wiggle.

I know absolutely nothing about knives, so hoping to find some info from you guys.

Thanks.

Schrade Walden Safety Push Button Knife. Model number is a 155 or 154. Made in the 50's sometime. 1958 is when the switchblade law went into affect so before that. Stagged Delrin handle. 1946 is when Schrade Cut Co was change to S.W. Might have had Para Trooper etched on the blade at one time as well.

Cool I thought maybe 155 because of the shape of the bolster.

Heres the two best Schrade forums youll ever find.

I found the one with an orange handle at a hwy intersection while setting out traffic counters one day. Sold it at a gunshow. Wasn’t in the best of condition.
