Guessing you have never been there.

Yeah, it is crazy in a lot of ways, but there are a lot of very interesting things to see and do, even for a hick.

Age old story.
Bunch of poor bastards like us, trying to get something out of a short time on this earth, and a few asswholes. You live a little and then you die. Some throw flowers along the way and some throw turds to make their day.

Ah, someone else bent on receiving a lemonade and making a lemon...

Cannot imagine anyone with an outdoor bent not being blown away in the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan. I have spent almost two whole weeks there and could spend another month and still find amazing things daily. The Museum of the American Indian is another.........

Go in looking at all things negative...

With the exception of the men doing manual labor, everyone was walking around in a coat and tie.

Funny the car with right hand drive, must have been from UK. We're US made cars always left hand drive?

With the speed correction they've done part of what Peter Jackson did with "They Shall Not Grow Old" to make it more life like. Taking the time (and expense) to also colorize it would add another whole dimension to it so we could really see those people as they were which, except for the way they dress, isn't much different at all from folks now.

Colorizing was not too hard to develop and get very close to right on. Every color and shade has a corresponding gray shade.

Was just there in May. Amazing market. I've never seen anything like it.
It took us two days to get a reservation at the rooftop restaurant........and then we had to settle for lunch.

Stayed in Mid-Town for a few days coming and going to Africa.
I hate big cities and was not looking forward to it....... But I had the time of my life.
Can't wait to go back.
