This potential indictment has nothing to do with Spygate, Crossfire Hurricane and the Coup to remove Trump from office.

This is a minor offense where is lied to the FBI about the Clinton Email investigation.

I listened to Tom Fitton on Hannity this afternoon. Hannity was all gitty, and Fitton had to take some wind out of his interrupting sails, "Remember this potential indictment is about the Clinton investigation and how the FBI handled it, it has nothing to do with the Coup".

While an indictment of McCabe is a positive step toward accountability for the corrupt ‘small group’ within the DOJ/FBI, the fact that McCabe is afforded a back-and-forth debate on the issues only highlights the ridiculous prism of tiered justice and politics.

The OIG investigation of McCabe, and the subsequent criminal referral, was finalized over 18 months ago. No ordinary citizen, other than well-connected ‘beach friends‘, would be granted such considerations.

It has been said that you can indict a ham sandwich. Yet the grand jury returned this week from its months long hiatus for the express purpose of voting on whether to indict McCabe.

They were dismissed yesterday for good without an indictment. Yawn.

I’m not sure I heard this correctly, but what I heard was it’s been 18 months since the IG recommended prosecution, the 18 month delay caused the term of the Grand Jury to expire. They need to start from scratch with a new one.

As Senator John Kennedy said this morning...AG Barr should work the weekend reading the IG report and release it to the American people Monday morning. Let your reps know you want to see it. We need to know exactly what to howl about.

It is exactly what happened with the Comey cut out of the IG report. It was not going to be released until the DOJ made a determination NOT to prosecute. First the “not to prosecute” decision, then the “its ok to release it now.

This is exactly how the IG cutout on Comey was handled.

The IG report wasn’t made public until after the DOJ officially declined to prosecute Comey.

We can only hope that these dudes, like Comey and McCabe and others, get full justice for what they did and tried to do, but don't bet a bunch of money on it ever happening.
